All our Venison is stalked wild from within the county by fully qualified stalkers. It is always Wild Roe, a much smaller animal than its Scottish Red cousin. but we feel it’s subtle flavour beats the Red hands down.
The traditional venison roast. Cook covered in streaky bacon to slightly pink in the middle and the flavour is sublime.
Half a haunch (900g) or a whole haunch (1.8kg).
